We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're family-operated, so if something isn't right, that falls on us, and we make it right that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in our office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
